This form is for parents who were not aware they needed to sign-up for photos or did not get an opportunity to visit our on-site booth to sign-up. Please complete this form and one of our staff will get back with you via email or telephone very quickly.
We do require the $25 deposit to post, the same as if you signed up at the game.
